Continuing the musical production of groups and artists, Slava does not stop his aspirations to work in the cinema.
2020 year:
– «From the first steps into the world of cinema, I was very lucky!»
Cooperation with the film company “Fan Films” on the creation of a unique serial project begins:
“Outside the window – Ukrainian stories”.
– «Surveying was done only by drones, from the street, through a window. And each series (and there were 9 of them) was a separate genre, screenwriter, director, cinematographer, actors… You know, like in the “Black Mirror” project. That was the first time I tested myself for strength and the genre aspect! And I surprised not only the producer, but also himself!»
This year there were several more short films and participation in the worldwide competition “The 48 Hour Film Project”. 2020″ (China), where Slava Trybukhivskyi became the winner in the nomination:
“Best Original Music”.
– «I had only 6 hours to create music in an interesting but not simple style: “Science fiction”. Filming took place in China, and our time zones did not coincide by 9 hours. So when the director sent me the finished cut, it was 2 am on the clock. And in the morning everything was ready.
A very good victory!»
2021
There was a second season “Outside the window – Ukrainian stories”., where 11 episodes have already been created.
– «There were very tight deadlines. Everyone works both day and night. It was a good experience.»
Also this year, music was created for another festival short film “The Peeper” (director Serhii Pudich) in the horror genre.
2022
Documentary film “4 worlds of the Caucasus”, music production of a mini-album for the famous Swedish band “Secret Service”.
The pilot series of the comedy series “Favorite Terrible Neighbors” (director Serhii Pudich), and at the very beginning work began on the comedy feature film “On Rostov”, a short drama about the war in Ukraine – “Battery” (director Volodymyr Nagorny).
2019-2023
Worked with TV projects (Schuster Live “Freedom of Speech”), with the YouTube projects, created music for fashion shows in Milan, Berlin, Moscow and much more…
Slava’s favorite genres are drama, epic, action, fantasy, horror and comedy.
– «These are the genres in which I feel at home. But no less, I work in other areas as well. For example, I am finishing work on an album of meditative music.
You know, I love variety in everything: in life, in people, in food… and with music!
The main thing is that it is tasty!»
